Well, today was Tom's 8th of 12 chemo treatments!  Dr. Mainwaring continues to be amazed that he is still able to work most days.  He says that he is "above the curve" compared to other patients who have gone through this same type of chemo.  The last treatment (#7) seemed to take the biggest toll on him and the Dr. says this is what we can expect for the rest of the treatments.  Tom missed 3 days of work that week which is the most he has missed during any week of this round of treatment.  The main thing that bothers him is the sensitivity to and being cold.  He also has problems with pain in his legs.  


Please continue to pray for him to stay healthy throughout these next 8 weeks.  With all the bugs and viruses floating around and Layne and I both being so exposed to them all day, it concerns me.   However, God has protected him so far through all of this and I trust that He will continue to do so.
